- ➤ At Marian High School, students educate peers about social media risks and benefits through the Marian Smart Ambassadors club—teaching safety measures and techniques for using platforms in moderation. The club, which meets monthly with Smart Gen Society, will hold a roundtable discussion next month with students, staff and parents to address online addiction. KETV

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ On September 4th, the Pottawattamie County WIC Program in Council Bluffs received the USDA Breastfeeding Award of Excellence — Premiere Award for the second time.
