Habitat for Humanity of Council Bluffs is expanding its countywide work by preparing to build six townhomes in Minden with CDBG-DR funding from the April tornado while also growing its home repair & neighborhood revitalization programs, following a presentation to the Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors.
