Vincent Bluff partners raised half of the funds needed to buy 29 acres north of the preserve (aiming to secure the Skyline Drive ridge by January 2027).

Council Bluffs held the first Elevate CB 2050 community workshop on Sunday night to collect ideas for the city's 2050 Comprehensive Plan and Downtown Master Plan.
Residents can join six more sessions and share their thoughts online as the planning process continues with a spring 2027 adoption timeline.
