Omaha nonprofit Project Pink’d held an event Sunday to pack nearly 1,000 Healing Hearts kits for breast cancer survivors.
The kits, filled with items for surgical+chemotherapy comfort and encouragement, were distributed for free to hospitals and centers across Nebraska and western Iowa.
