- ➤ A new water connection from Council Bluffs to rural communities will open in a few days after workers repair a temporary booster station by repiping a short section of pipeline—tests passed on the 18.5-mile line, and the change will boost water supply by nearly 25% while restrictions remain under a Level Red advisory.
