- ➤ The Iowa Department of Natural Resources lifted the boil advisory for Avoca after two water tests came back negative, but other communities remain under advisory with test results expected by June 3. The DNR is installing a temporary booster pump to keep system pressure, which will be completed by June 11—residents are advised to use water sparingly. WOWT
