- ➤ Council Bluffs police held a memorial ceremony last night to honor fallen officers, deputies, and troopers during National Police Week. The Iowa State Patrol and Pottawattamie County Sheriff's Office joined the event, with each lit candle symbolizing one first responder. KETV
