Good morning, Council Bluffs.

Council Bluffs and Lewis Central schools have kept 82 books off library shelves under SF 496 after a federal judge blocked enforcement of the law; Council Bluffs officials said they will not return the titles until the review task force meets — Lewis Central librarians will decide on reintroducing materials while students can still request access with parental permission.

At Oak View Mall on Saturday, the Omaha Health Expo taught people about sleep, Medicare and probiotics while Bill Schammert of KETV NewsWatch 7 shared his personal story on why knowing CPR matters.

The expo continues today at noon and the Red Cross said even those without certification can help save a life—calling 911 until help arrives.
