- ➤ Pottawattamie County will observe National Vietnam War Veterans Day on March 29 by hosting The Wall That Heals (a three-quarter scale Vietnam Veterans Memorial replica) to honor veterans. - ➤ Crews will close the intersection of Highway 275 and West Dodge Road on April 6 for roundabout construction, and drivers must use a 4-mile detour—routes are clearly signed—until work ends in Fall. WOWT
