Elevated Flow: Yoga, Sound & Water

Join Elevated Mavericks and UNO RecWell for an immersive wellness experience that brings together mindful movement, sound bath vibrations, and the calming element of water. Multiple participation options will be available to help you create an experience that feels right for you. The first 15 students will have the opportunity to practice yoga on a paddle board. Additional mats will be available on the pool deck for those who prefer to stay out of the water, and floaties will be available for those who would rather relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds without participating in the yoga practice.
