About this event
This is a very healing practice. This series of poses is offered in a hot room to help acclimate the muscles to deeper stretching and help eliminate toxins from your body. This class is appropriate for all levels especially for those who are nervous to try the hot room. The teacher talks you through the entire series of poses with help for anyone with special needs such as a cranky back or knees that do not bend like they one would like. All students welcome!
