About this event

Hot 26 Express yoga class with few verbal cues lead by the teacher in the hot room. This practice is a moving meditation with your breath as your guide. The standing poses are held 60 to 30 seconds and the floor poses are held 30 to 40 seconds. Enjoy the stillness in practice! Please have practiced at least 10 Hot 26 full classes in your past so you will know what is coming. This class is intended for students who have practiced the series at least 10 times.
