Join us for free Sound Bath Workshops for individuals and families impacted by cancer. Relax and recharge through the calming sounds and gentle vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Sessions may help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support emotional well-being. Participants may sit comfortably in a chair or wheelchair or rest on a yoga mat.
*This class DOES NOT meet the 3rd Wednesday of the Month due to Pet Therapy at the same time and location.
