Learning how, why, and what to do with your Profit and loss statements, Key performance indicators, and balance sheet is absolutely critical to making your business put as much money as possible into your pocket, minimize your tax liability, and get the banks to work with you on lending to be able to leverage your money as far as possible.

This isnt going to be some high level complicated mind numbing BS that you need an accounting degree for, this is business owners teaching business owners in ways everyone can understand.

Your numbers tell you where your boat is leaking money, when your expenses are creeping up, whether something is off in payroll, how big of a loan you can justify and afford, and all the other things that make a business click.

Once you have this down you stop struggling to work with banks, leverage debt and manage your finances.

You stop leaving money on the table just because you didnt know it was there or it was missing.

Whether you do your own books or not, you need to be able to read the reports and understand what they mean, otherwise you have nothing more than a job your trapped in that you dont even know whether or not it is making you money.

This event will be held at the Highline apartments, in their party room. Why? Because we can fit 50 people in there and its easy to get to. We're here to help, not be fancy. ;)
