Yin Yoga focuses on releasing layers of tension and stress primarily arounds the joints of the hips, legs and spine. Poses are held two to five minutes offering a meditative quality by creating space to tune within. Some poses may be linked but poses are sustained between movements. Appropriate for all levels.
